Video is very important commonent to marketing your business plus getting more exposure on Google. There are many different places to make a video such as Youtube, facebook, etc. Try one from your computer webcame to get some experience like I did.

The bigges part of creating a sucessful business is marketing yourself then your business. The reason I say you first is because you are your business, people like to buy not be sold. Thus give people something of value, something you can provide. One a relationship is established, and trust is gained, then market your business. The best way to market yourself is to be a specialist in a field. What I mean is to pick a subject, learn it, then teach it. Learning, training = something of value. Thus I'm teaching you how to promote your business.
In today’s techno world wide web world the difference sucessful business and a losing business is all about exposure and I’ll break it down for you.
1) Website
A website is a great way for exposure but also to market your product. You can either have an already created website for you or you can make one yourself.
To make things simple for myself, I started off with a pre-made one, later I'll create one and write a blog on it. I'll keep you posted. Below is a picture of my website.
(note: when posting pictures, name them accurately as google will search for them, more exposure for you. I named this on Max International Website.)
So what I did was make an easier name to tell someone and by doing this I'm creating a brand name formyself like GAP. I created a brand by setting up a Domain Name through Godaddy, now my new webpage name is Maximizeyourlifenow.com/ (Maximize Your Life Now)
Ok I know its long but it summed up everything about what I’m trying to do here.
2) Blog I started with a free service called Blooger.
I haven’t set up a Domain Name yet through Go daddy but I will once I get more of a feel of where my blog is going, currently its http://www.aprilficek.blogspot.com/
Other free Blog's are word press .com, .org costs you money and is really confusing. (its has a huge tutorial. I wouldn't reccommend this to start. Keep it simple chose a freebee then pay once your more experienced.)
Another one is through Myspace. There are many more you can Google to find more.
Oh and the most importantly part of a BLOG is to write original content. You will get followers based upon what you write so be yourself and don’t copy others. Trust me; self branding always works the best!
3) Social Media Networking
What’s that??? Software tools that allow groups to generate content and engage in peer-to-peer conversations and exchange of content (examples are YouTube, Flickr, Facebook, MySpace etc) definition from http://www.bottlepr.co.uk/glossary.html
Networking is sharing with other people and this is a great way to market your blog or webpage or your self. The really great thing about all these programs is that they all link together. So if you publish something on your blog, facebook and twitter will also post it, thus your blog is getting more views, more links and moving up in Google's ranking. This is a great way of branding your business and yourself.
The other thing you can do with Facebook is have two profiles: one for personal and one for group or business.

4) Networking to the extreme!
What??? Didn’t we talk about this in number three? Well this is one more step to further your networking.
Find others out there talking about the same stuff you are, selling similar products or have interests in your subject. Write comments on their blogs and leave your link. This is another way to get exposure to have fun!
The other important part of Networking is Backlinks. Backlines are an important part of Search Engine Optimization, eg. Google Ranking. For more information, click here.
I found on a website that Bolding and Italics help with google search thus I do it alot. Hey if it helps, why not right?
5)Video
Video is great for webpage exposure and its a great way to display information.
Google will rate your blog better if you have video so put a video in your blog.
Did you know that Youtube gets over 100 million views a day?
Places you can create, share and tag video for free are: Youtube, Metacafe, Dailymotion, etc. You can Google to find more.
