7 Ways to Get Paid
1) Retail Profit Paid Daily for Personal Sales and Weekly for Internet Sales- FAST CASH.
As an OrGano Gold Representative, when you sell product to Retail Customers in person or via your personalized replicating website, you earn the difference between your selling price/website retail price and the wholesale price.
- You can sell in person at a Retail price and/or online at retail price. Online can set them up under auto ship so there are no extra phone calls or having people pick up product, this way it can be delivered to their door. When you want to increase your sales, you can do a call back to see if they want to add to their order.

Prices Per Cup
Retail Prices Example for single cup servings: (you can set your prices at whatever you want)
Example: $2.00 - $4.00 per cup
e.g. If sold at $2.00 per cup of coffee you would gross $60.00per box (profit $40.00)
Below is a range of prices that I sell by the cup, from low price to high price:
- Black $2.00-$2.50
- Latte $2.50-3.50
- Mocha $3.00-$3.50
- Hot Chocolate $3.00-$3.50
- Green Tea: if you make a pot from one tea bag you can get 6 cups. I sell $2.50-$3.00
The reason I have a range is depending upon where I am and the market price for gourmet coffee. Best advice go to your local specialty coffee shop and see what their prices are, then this gives you an idea what to set yours at. But you’re the business owner; you set your prices where you feel comfortable.
Retail Variety Package: assortment of 4 individual packages selling for $10.00.
e.g. Black, latte, mocha, green tea. Cost to you. $3.33-10=$6.67 profit.
*The profit margins may vary slightly depending on the products sold.
The great thing about OG coffees and teas is that You keep ALL the profit.
2) Fast Start Bonus Paid Weekly- FAST CASH
When a Representative enrols with a OG Builder’s Pack (OGBP), as sponsor you will earn a Fast Track Bonus of $20 (for the $199 Market Package), $30 ($299.00 Supervisor Package), $80 ($499.00 Consultant Package) or $150 ($1295 Gold Package) depending on the Pack you sold.
3) Dual Team Bonus Paid Weekly- FAST & LONG TERM CASH)
The Dual Team concept is derived from a structure that allows you to be eligible for income with only two personally sponsored (2) Representatives, one on your Left Side Sales Team and one on your Right Side Sales Team, allowing you to focus on developing your organization by helping others do the same.
In addition to the Fast Track Bonus, you will also receive Dual Team Bonuses from an infinite number of OG Builder Packs & 1st Time Purchases in your organization, paid up to 50% of the generated CV.
OG Representatives will be paid 20% of Pay Leg volume to an unlimited depth in sales increments of 50 PV. Any unpaid volume will be carried forward to the next week so long as rank qualification requirements are met.
- To Activate and Qualify your Dual Team Income Center. Personally enrol two (2) Representatives (or above) who generate at least 50 PV each.
4) Unilevel Bonus Paid Monthly- Provides Stability
The heart of your lifetime residual income-- You will receive bonuses from product orders and re-orders generated in your organization down to seven levels deep! (Except for OG Builder Packs and 1st Time Orders)
5) Unilevel Matching Bonus Paid Monthly- Promotes Strong Team Development
OG will pay you up to 50% of the Unilevel Bonus earned by your personally sponsored Representatives’ Unilevel Bonus. The more you personally refer and the higher your rank,
OG rewards you as you build your organization.
6) Generational Bonus Paid Monthly- Promotes Building Leadership
As you develop Leadership within your organization, your rewards grow exponentially. When you reach the level of Regional Consultant (or above), and as you develop new Regional Consultants (and above) within your organization, you will be paid down to as many as four (4) generations of Regional Consultant (and above). In some instances, you may be paid an Infinite number of levels.
7) Global Bonus Pool Paid Quarterly- Grow With The Company
Reaching for the stars has its own reward. Three percent (3%) of OrGano Gold’s Worldwide Unilevel CV will be shared by qualified Executive Consultants, National Marketing Consultants and International Marketing Consultants. Shares are earned monthly, and are calculated and paid quarterly
